We are seeking a Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for developing and managing the retail business including sales, staff development, and operations. We are a small company and with us you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of business skills and learn many other facets of the business. Our products are very technical and you must be an extremely fast learner, have a scientific background, or be very familiar with cannabis extraction.
Responsibilities:

<li>Develop a sales team</li>
<li>Maintain store operational efficiency</li>
<li>Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer complaints</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>5 or more years of experience as a store manager</li>
<li>Some experience in the cannabis industry, scientific background preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain high productivity while adhering to priority</li>
<li>Excellent written and communication skills</li>
<li>Great time management and organization</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
