Commencement Bay is an upscale I-502 Licensed Retail Store in Fife, WA that provides safe and friendly access to recreational marijuana. Our goal is to provide customers with the highest quality product, with a knowledgeable and personable team to assist with each individual need.
We’re presently recruiting for a Store Manager who will:
Ensure that daily operations within the store are carried out according to the procedures and standards that are required by the applicable Tribal and State laws. This includes ensuring proper customer service, merchandise restocking, inventory control and management, and cleanliness of the retail space. Maintain and lead a sales team to meet and exceed expectations, includes hiring, training and performance management.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Be at least 21 years of age and HAVE:
High School diploma or G.E.D required
6 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
4 years of retail management
2 years of Cannabis Retail Management experience
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated passion to serve cannabis customers and community
Knowledge of cannabis and its various uses
Knowledge of applicable regulations and ability to familiarize oneself with applicable Tribal Ordinances/Regulations
Skilled in Point of Sale systems and cash management
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, customers and vendors
Ability to work a FLEXIBLE work schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Proven ability to manage teams effectively
Outstanding customer relations skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook
