As PharmaCannis continues to grow, the need for a State-specific Operations coordinator has surfaced for those states with multiple functioning dispensaries. The overall responsibility of this role will be to represent those state-specific requirements as they impact PharmaCannis operations. Specifically, the State-specific Operations Coordinator will stay informed and ensure that systems and processes meet current and future-state requirements by means of state-specific issue identification, resolution, idea generation, reporting and relationship management with both State-specific team and PharmaCannis at large.

Pharmacy States: Responsible for ensuring that the systems and processes meet the existing reporting requirements as well as ensuring that new requirements are identified, created, tested and implemented within the required timelines. This role sets standards and processes for the state.

ERP: Responsible for the state-specific issue identification, resolution, idea generation, reporting and relationship management with users and ERP team

  • Address and resolve day-to-day system issues
  • In conjunction with ERP Analyst, conduct monthly meetings with dispensary GMs and PCRs to discuss system issues/improvements
  • Remains current and understands/translates regulatory changes within the state, and develops homogenous processes for all locations in compliance with regulations.
  • Attend weekly ERP meeting where system issues and ideas are discussed and action plans for resolution are created
  • Test all state-related system improvements, fixes and enhancements
  • Communicate and, when necessary, train GMs and PCRs on system updates
  • Create recurrent and ad hoc reports utilizing Jet Reports, Quick Reports and other means of data reporting
  • Perform required daily/weekly/monthly activities to support the business and state regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the following:
  • Develop and execute a dispensary observation rotation, spending time at each dispensary observing, supporting, training and gathering details specific to improving systems and processes
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ years of related work experience:

o System testing, validation, problem resolution, and training

o Report creation and execution

o Training material management

  • Ability to understand state regulatory requirements and translate to business processes
  • Analytical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal colleagues and third-party vendors
  • Ability to travel within the state to provide training, process reviews, observation and coverage for absences when required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017
