Job Description:
What you'll do:

Serve as the key product expert inside the buying process with prospective customers as they consider and select Wurk

Act as a technical liaison for Sales and Marketing with Wurk’s Service and Product teams

Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources and tools for our customers and Account Executives

Run product demonstrations in the field that provide direct-line understanding of Wurk’s ROI
-
Work with our engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into meaningful product insights
-
Be the eyes and ears in the field, providing feedback to the VP Sales and CTO as it relates to team member performance and product requirements

Be Wurk’s secret sauce when it comes to winning every deal by making and maintaining kill sheets on our competitors

Be a master of leading or assisting deep discovery sessions with prospective customers and prescribing catered solutions
Be part of our Challenger Sales team, uncovering commercial insights and solving operational pain points for our customers to deliver solutions that ultimately protect their growing business.

What you’ll need:

5+ years experience with Kronos Workforce Ready or similar HRIS platform
-
3-5 years as a member of a killer sales team, ideally in the HR or Operations marketplace
Creative problems solving skills.

Ability to ask questions, listen, then deliver insights and solutions

Bachelor’s degree required, familiarity with the cannabis industry is helpful, but not required
