We are currently seeking a Software QA Specialist to work in our Engineering department at our Baltimore, Maryland office.
What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for an awesome Quality Assurance Specialist that is obsessed with customer experience, quality improvement, able to execute mobile application, web browser manual and automated testing!
Responsibilities:
- Work with business and development teams to understand our products and how they are executed
- Understand how all elements software and process ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
- Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution
- Work with individually to deliver launch high quality ad experiences on time
- Ensure the quality of our products exceed both advertising and consumer audience’s expectations
Experience:
- Strong QA background in test execution with experience in creating and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing results
- Proven track record in identifying test automation opportunities and implementing automated testing tools and frameworks
- Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results
- 3+ years of software testing experience with at least 1 year in mobile testing
- Strong project management skills, preferably with software testing or operations
- Strong focus on customer experience, curiosity about how things fit together and a passion for driving improvements to raise the overall quality level of our software and operations environments
- Creativity and initiative to improve the customer experience and advertising operations processes
- Good in communicating with technical and business leaders in advertising sales, campaign management, design, operations, developers, and technical leaders, even if they are remote
