About the role:

The fast track to a career in Smokus Focus sales begins here. This entry-level sales position provides the opportunity for unlimited growth and rapid advancement - but only if you're a highly motivated team-player. Candidate will explore all components of the business, from sales, to fulfillment to logistics management. This person will have the opportunity to work with cannabis organizations from all around the world. Many more cannabis organizations can benefit from our products - we just need to show them how. That's where you come in.

*What you’ll be doing:

Your job as a BDR is to get the sales process moving by making a great first impression over the phone and establishing a solid foundation on which a beneficial, long-term relationship can be built. After gathering as much information about potential clients as possible - including details about key decision-makers, display and storage needs and goals - you'll explain the features and benefits of Smokus Focus jars. Based on the information you collect, our outside sales team will craft a customized product offering for your prospect. Your day to day activity as a BDR will consist of calling into prospects and existing clients to pitch Smokus Focus jars, monitoring shipments, entering sales data for your inside sales team and sometimes closing deals. BDRs who exceed their goals and approach their work with a positive, enthusiastic attitude can move up the ladder quickly.

What we’ll want you to have:

  • A love and appreciation for Cannabis
  • A strong desire to have a career in Sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Profiency in problem solving
  • Previous telesales experience with a high outbound call volume
  • Previous product sales helpful
  • CRM experience (Google Suite is a +)
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Goal orientated
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly pro-active and disciplined to manage time effectively

What we’ll require of you:

  • Order Fullfillment Monitoring and Issue Resolution for your Inside Sales Team
  • Closing Info and Data Entry for Inside Sales Reps
  • Lead Entry into Pipedrive (Smokus Focus CRM)
  • 20 Dials a day into your prospect list
  • Achieve monthly lead quota
