Candidate must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5 PM - 10 PM plus prep time, and have extensive knowledge in the art of sushi rolling. Our sushi rolling Instructor will be responsible for: buying the food within budget, prep work, cooking and teaching the class with energy and humor. Compensation depends on experience.
