JOB PURPOSE

Cura is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to manage a team responsible for eCommerce order fulfillment in a warehouse setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement business processes and key performance indicators to improve supply
  • flow and agility while reducing operating costs and improving customer service
  • Develop, motivate and manage a fulfillment team while leading by example
  • Inventory and Forecasting: Actively monitoring the sales pipeline to ensure inventory is maintained
  • Address all shipping issues and troubleshoot shipping challenges and deadlines
  • Innovative systems thinking for unique drop shipping and direct fulfillment processes
  • Manage the logistics network; select and work with 3rd party service providers to ensure cost competitive, on time delivery
  • Maintain relationships with carriers and vendors to assure we are getting most competitive rates available
  • Executing special shipments that need personal, detailed attention with tight turnaround times
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for inventory management
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure on-time delivery and order fulfillment
  • Oversee and guarantee compliance with all carrier and federal regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Supply chain and logistics coordination
  • Using inventory management/forecasting tools
  • Leveraging hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Managing operations through audit mechanisms
  • Project management
  • ERP experience

Preferred

  • At least 5 years experience managing a warehouse
  • Experience in eCommerce fulfillment
  • Experience in the marijuana industry
  • Experience with NAV

COMPENSATION

Depending on Experience.
