- Manage time efficiently and effectively
- Monitory inventory levels, asses product needs and communicate them to the proper people
- POS operations including creating new orders, adjusting open orders, adding items, discounts, applying loyalty points, voiding items, cashing out orders, and reprinting receipts
- Pass on information to upper management from patrons and vice versa
- Stay current on laws and city ordinances
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with management and employees
- Work with others to create a positive environment to best serve our patrons
