The successful Senior UX Researcher will:
- Define the approach and then conduct research from strategic discovery about user needs to tactical evaluations of design decisions

Partner with PM and Marketing to segment our users and define personas

Find the holes and rough edges in our apps and websites by interviewing, surveying, and observing users in the field, remembering that our users span our customers, drivers, depot staff and internal teams

Answer the question “What should Eaze build next?” from a customer perspective

Work with the Analytics team to understand the why behind the what

Share research findings with smaller functional teams and the company at large by creating and distributing compelling, impactful reports and presentations
Our ideal candidate:

Has experience conducting in depth user interviews and surveys

Understands that a picture is worth 1,000 words, that one line is better than one page, and that bullet points are your friend

Willingness to take initiative, run with projects, and speak up when support and guidance is needed

Has experience working in both the consumer and productivity space

Has ambitions towards building and managing a team

Has been a part of or managed a UX research team for 5+ years

Has an eye for detail and has no hesitations about telling a designer, PM, or engineer when something feels off
