- Architecture & Strategy: Develop a clear north-star vision and evolution roadmap for our B2B technology solution, platform and product. Design, build and deploy a technology infrastructure that integrates Best in Grow services and products to drive company revenue and growth.
- Design, Development & Pricing: Oversee the design, development, engineering, UX/UI and delivery of our platform. System and product offering must drive revenue, support client engagement and retention, and differentiate Best in Grow's capabilities in the market. Lead product development and development of pricing models for Best in Grow—establishing commercial viability and profitability (balancing level of effort to build and maintain products with revenue opportunities and benchmarks).
- Project Management: Oversee and execute full-cycle of projects from conception through development to deployment (including writing scopes and technical requirements, oversight of internal and external teams, QA
- Budget Management: develop and oversee budgets and timelines providing accurate annual and long term forecasting and reporting, clear identification of human and capital resource needs and expenses.
- Research & Innovation: Research, monitor and analyze technology and related trends that will impact Best in Grow's technology solutions and product offerings. Guide optimization and innovation of technology systems and solutions in order to ahead of competitors.
- Partnerships: Identify, secure and manage strategic capabilities and partners (including point of sale products, third-party technology vendors, industry consultants, and government entities) to ensure that development, deployment, and optimization of projects and products are completed on time, on budget and within technical specifications.
- Infrastructure & Controls: establish, communicate and oversee necessary and appropriate IT systems and policies, including technology standards, security protocols, vulnerability testing, end-user best practices and policies (whether internal or client), back-up systems, and disaster recovery.
- Experience: 5+ years in software development and product management
- Knowledge of Information Technology disciplines, including project management, strategic planning, system development, software acquisition, computer operations management, client support services, end user computing, contract management, and asset management.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships between core functional departments and software development teams
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Large scale project management experience
- Familiarity with multiple systems (Visual Studios, SQL Server, AWS, Azure, Windows Server, Bitbucket, Jira, GitHub)
- Understanding of software languages (C#, MVC, ASP.NET, java, jQuery, Angular.js)
- Software integrations (Rest API, SOAP, ETL)
- Cloud Computing utilization
- SAAS experience is a plus
