Overall Job Purpose:

The Senior Sales Representative will responsible for promoting and selling our two in-house brands, the Weed Brand and Paradiso Gardens, prepackaged flower and concentrate products to dispensaries in the Bay Area. They will be utilizing their established relationships and develop new ones to satisfy quotas and sales goals.

Under the direction the Sales Director, this position must work cooperatively with sales support team, including delivery drivers and administrative staff.

This position will be integral in planning and executing a sales growth strategy in alignment with our production capabilities.

Main Duties:

To include, but not to be restricted to, the following duties:

  • Gaining new dispensary accounts
  • Managing the relationship with new and existing Purchasing Managers
  • Collaborate with management to expand the company's presence
  • Stay current with industry trends and identify new opportunities at each retail location
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify leads and make productive contacts when needed
  • Provide and keep consistent electronic data and complete field reports on a daily basis
  • Work closely with marketing team to assure that up-to-date collaterals
  • Follow all state, local and company rules and ensure compliance
  • Meet weekly with the sales director

Qualifications

  • General Education
  • 1 year or more of cannabis experience
  • Commission-based sales experience

Work Requirements

  • Age 21+
  • Must live in Bay Area
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time
