The successful Senior Product Designer will:
- Work with Product Managers and UX researchers to identify gaps in our offerings, and ideate on ways improve
- Sketch and prototype designs to prove out the viability of an idea
- Present designs to our product, engineering, and company leadership
- Turn those proven sketches and prototypes into fully realized, pixel perfect, smoothly animated interfaces
- Champion and lead consistency across our various apps and websites
- Work directly with engineers to iterate on new features as they are being built
- Lead, mentor and collaborate with other designers on the team
- Has experience designing digital apps and systems, not just websites. You have helped ship products with a team
- Has an eye for detail, and can find a pixel out of place a mile away, and can sniff out a dead end in UX faster than an engineer can push a branch to master
- Has a thorough understanding of information architecture and common (maybe even uncommon!) interaction models
- Has proven collaboration and communication skills
- Has at least 5-7 years of relevant product experience
