The successful Senior Product Designer will:
- Work with Product Managers and UX researchers to identify gaps in our offerings, and ideate on ways improve

Sketch and prototype designs to prove out the viability of an idea

Present designs to our product, engineering, and company leadership

Turn those proven sketches and prototypes into fully realized, pixel perfect, smoothly animated interfaces

Champion and lead consistency across our various apps and websites

Work directly with engineers to iterate on new features as they are being built

Lead, mentor and collaborate with other designers on the team
Our ideal candidate:

Has experience designing digital apps and systems, not just websites. You have helped ship products with a team

Has an eye for detail, and can find a pixel out of place a mile away, and can sniff out a dead end in UX faster than an engineer can push a branch to master

Has a thorough understanding of information architecture and common (maybe even uncommon!) interaction models

Has proven collaboration and communication skills

Has at least 5-7 years of relevant product experience
