As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing team. We are charged with building demand, building our brand and bringing consumer insights and perspective to the business. You will work cross-functionally with a great team across business development, data science, product, legal, creative and growth.
A successful candidate is a nimble marketer that thrives on a variety of marketing initiatives using the left and right brain. You are excited to build advertising campaign, develop market research, negotiate partnerships, supporting field marketing with strong materials or lead post-promotional analysis to see what’s working and how to improve.
Our ideal candidate has a strong consumer and retail instinct, understanding how to position our brand and positioning our store as the choice for shoppers. S/he is a strong “big picture” thinker and an equally strong “doer” that can develop the strategy AND roll up their sleeves to implement projects.
Responsibilities

Manage and drive marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Lead social media and influencer programs to grow our brand, drive education and engagement and build brand affinity. Work closely with PR and content marketing to drive amplify our efforts.

Collaborate in integrated marketing campaigns. Lead workstreams to acquire new customers, nurture prospects and to maximize life-time value.

Support Advertising initiatives, such as OOH, Radio, Mobile Ads. Help shape the media plan, draft creative briefs and make sure the deliverables are compliant with regulations.

Develop partnerships with like-minded companies. Create ‘win-win’ collaborations that acquire new customers and leave partners wanting more.

Support field marketing efforts and building out a mobile VW bus program.

Conduct research to develop knowledge of consumer needs, market trends and business insights. Synthesize key learnings and develop recommendations for the business.

Analyze and monitor the performance of the business, key products and/or initiatives to ensure that we are on track to deliver business objectives. Develop insights to apply to future projects.

Serve as the voice of the consumer to ensure initiatives are rooted in consumer insights.
Our ideal candidate has:

~5 years of brand/product management experience in consumer marketing role

BA in related field required, MBA desiredResults orientation with a bias towards action

Strong quantitative analytical ability and attention to detail

Proven ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize several projects while meeting deadlines

Demonstrated success across a broad spectrum of marketing activities (campaigns, product launches, merchandising, promotions)
