Serve as a Cultivation Associate III. The position includes some supervisory and managerial duties and responsibilities. The position completes the tasks assigned to a Cultivation Associate-III by the Grow Production Manager, in an assigned grow room or set of rooms as applicable.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs all duties assigned by the Grow Production Manager in completing tasks related to marijuana cultivation.
- As necessary, develop, implement and modify internal workplace policies, standard procedures, practices and communication programs.
- Effectively assign and utilize resources and assemble teams to ensure that sustaining activities
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- 3 years of progressive experience as a commercial cannabis grower.
- 2 years of supervisory and managerial experience.
- MED Key Badge.
- College degree or an equivalent level of education and experience.
- Exceeds all requirements of the Cultivation Associate-II position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently perform daily work in assigned grow rooms and organize, supervise and train staff in all skills and tasks, such as cloning, planting, pruning, supporting, tying-up, cutting back and cleaning of assigned grow rooms; and organize and provide all tools and equipment necessary for these tasks.
- Lead and manage employee coaching and mentoring efforts.
- Appropriately address employee conflicts and disciplinary actions, maintain internal workplace policies and standards.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal workplace policies, standards, procedures and practices.
- Establish and maintain administrative and product quality measurement processes.
- Prioritize, organize and assign multiple tasks and activities in assigned grow rooms.
- Ensure established climate and proprietary nutrient program is maintained in assigned grow rooms.
- Maintain the health and vigor of the plants, including insect and disease oversight as required to meet harvest goals.
- Breakdown, clean and reload grow rooms post-harvest.
- Routinely lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Establish effective working relationships with senior management and staff.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact, both personnel and operational, as well as with professional judgment and discretion.
- Communicate clearly and comprehend written and verbal assignments.
- Clean or service machinery to ensure operating efficiencies.
- Ability to adjust climate settings.
- Ability to estimate required clones and fulfill clone orders.
- Vast understanding of plant development and trellis methods.
- Ability to speak knowledgably with regulatory agencies.
- Ensure garden is compliant at all times.
- Follows SOP’s and complies with all safety regulations.
- Ability to control, read and interpret EC, pH, ppm.
- Perform other official duties as assigned.

Salary: $16.00 to $21.00 /hour
