Hobson Bernardino + Davis LLP, a Los Angeles based-law firm, seeks an attorney with 5-10 years of transactional experience. Our practice is focused on complex real estate finance. We represent for-profit and non-profit developers, as well investors on transactions involving the development and financing of multi-family housing and commercial real estate using tax-exempt bonds, conventional debt and the syndication of various tax credits. Candidates should desire a fast-paced, challenging and collegial work environment. Prior experience in commercial lending, real estate law, tax law, not-for-profit law and/or public housing law will be an important factor in our review.
