A rapidly expanding edible manufacturer is seeking an attentive and detail-oriented Sales Support. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work and are looking for an entry level job in the cannabis industry. Must be organized, have an excellent work ethic, be able to follow strict direction and be able to see tasks through to completion. Must be willing to work with a team oriented environment with a positive attitude.We are looking for applicants who can work in a highly regulated environment, including following a zero tolerance policy during the workday. Must be 21 or older, have a clean record and be willing to submit to a background check.
Sales Support and Brand Ambassador are responsible for, but not limited to maintaining positive customer relations, delivering product, managing marketing events and calendar, assisting sales staff and extremely knowledgeable of brand and products. Ensure a smooth sales process by being prepared, organized, educated on our products and the industry.

- Attending events, partnerships and promotional opportunities
- Represent, promote, and sell
- Educating customers and consumers about the brand along with new and existing products * Deliver product

- Solve customer problems quickly and effectively to maximize satisfaction
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships
Qualifications
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and task driven
- Must be proficient in Excel, data analysis and other sales tracking systems
- Possess high attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organizational skills with a positive, goal orientated attitude
- Problem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Requirements
- May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds
- Self-starter and equipped to handle duties without much direction
- Ability to work in a fast pace group setting as well as alone
- Flexible schedule – may be required to arrive earlier or stay later than posted work hours along with night and weekend events
- Basic mathematics
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have active Oregon Liquor Control Commission (“OLCC”) marijuana worker permit
