We are a Cannabis edibles manufacturer located in San Diego. In business approx. 2 years, primarily through wholesale distributors; we are building a Southern California direct sales force and need highly talented and qualified people for greater LA, San Diego, and other areas.
We have one of the largest menus of THC edibles in existence: Candies, sodas, juices, powdered drinks, chocolates, baked goods, prerolls, vape, and pure distillate shots and tinctures that can be added to any food or drink for a custom dosage.
The other main selling feature we have is that we use a proprietary process to make our pure distillate active ingredients, giving a more potent, more highly bioavailable product - our bioavailability is around 50% - far higher than most other products out there, which are often no more than 10%. And people DO feel the difference.
These two things give us a tremendous advantage in the marketplace.
For THC we cater to non-licensed, non-regulated Cannabis collectives, however we also have a tremendous opportunity with CBD-only products that can be marketed to a huge variety of traditional businesses such as bars, restaurants, smoke/vape shops, supplement and nutrition stores, and a host of others.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is or has worked in some capacity in the industry, AND has done outside B2B sales with a successful track record. We cannot offer a base salary at this time, so you must have some means of support while you build your pipeline.
This is a 1099/independent contractor position; it can be done full or part time, and there are no quotas, however we do expect people to get up and running immediately after onboarding and turn in their first account with 2-3 weeks; inactive reps will be replaced, plain and simple.
We provide flyers, menus, and product/packaging demo samples. We also provide a Cannabis medical recommendation to legally work in the industry, at no cost.
Income projections are difficult with new opportunities, but collectives often order several thousand dollars a month of products, and combined with CBD sales we see income ranges of $5-$10k per month within the first 6-12 months, $12k-$15k by the second year.
Commissions start at 10%, with 20% on each first order with new accounts. Percentage increases will come with sales volume milestones, however we are still in the process of determining those values. Bottom line is, as your volume grows you will be increasingly rewarded for it.
