Cannabis Practice Group is a full service consulting firm that can serve as your one stop shop for licensing, regulation and compliance, ordinance development, supply chain, taxation & financial strategies, banking solutions & operational services for getting you through the licensing process, keeping you compliance after obtaining your license and addressing regulations to make the regulatory environment more effective and viable for you to make money and grow.

Our team that includes legal, CPA’s and Accountants, Lobbyists, public policy experts, real estate professionals, architects, engineers, marketing experts, human resource, inventory, supply chain and procurement management experts, technology experts and administrative staff to coincide with Cannabis specific staff that are critical to your operation.

We have three openings for aggressive sales persons that can help generate revenue for the company by engaging prospects to the point they are interested in meeting with a member of the team to further sale our products and services and ultimately close. Job Function:

Sales Representative will be responsible for calling people, businesses, and clients with the goal of setting appointments for Company Management. Performs lead generation to create viable list, and follows up on prospects. We will provide you with 5 to 10 hours of sales training virtually or in person along with periodic updates. In addition you will receive other tools to include sales leads (databases of categorized lists), education materials, and phone scripts.We have a 4 tier sales commission structure based on gross profit if we close the prospect –

  • a) 10% for making the call and indicating if they are interested in meeting;
  • b) 15% to include the above follow-up and scheduling;
  • c) 20% to include the above and managing the sales cycle;
  • d) 25% to include the above and serve as account manager plus mileage for travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through online research, list development, communications, programs and other activities as needed.
  • Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company’s established sales targets.
  • Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification and needs analysis at all prospect levels.
  • Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Identifies and assist in closing additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities.
  • Schedule appointments for Senior Management & Sales Team to meet with potential clients
  • Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities
  • Obtain or verify customer information, including address, and phone number
  • Enter information into computer
  • Develop and Follow up on prospect/business leads
  • Utilize Client Management System
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills are required and must be comfortable in an online and remote relationship (i.e. teleconference) environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CPG’s sales process. Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace. Assist in the development of a sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team. Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a service related industry, possess a strong attention to detail with exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidates are also required to have exceptional computer skills in a Windows based environment.

Additional qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required (College degree preferred)
  • Successful completion of CRS Training Program
  • Strong customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate through multiple applications at any given time
  • Ability to negotiate effective solutions and think creatively
  • Minimum six months Sales related experience preferred
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, ability to prioritize
  • Candidate must possess strong knowledge of Microsoft products as well as an understanding of the Internet and related applications
  • Ability to maintain high activity levels (50+ sales calls per day, etc.)

Job Type: Commission

Salary: $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
