M&F Talent is looking for qualified and established territory sales representatives for an established hemp farm, focusing on sales of bulk CBD’s and CBD products derived from organic hemp plants.
Responsibilities:
- Develop existing accounts and strengthen client retention
- Prospect new accounts
- Accountable for all elements of the sales process from lead developments to close
- Create sales plans for specified territory
- Sell “quality” American made CBDs and products
- Communicate effectively showing in-depth product knowledge
- Develop strong working relationship with marketing and customer support teams
- Keep detailed records of prospecting, leads, and sales
- Work comfortably in a variable “start-up” business environment based in agriculture
- Pro-actively finds solutions to problems: critical thinking
- Drives sales cycles with consistency regardless of seasonality or market fluctuations
Qualifications:
- Understand the sales cycle from start-to-finish
- Experience in sales: retail, turn-key services, or commodities
- Pre-established sales network in bulk CBD sales, retail CBD products, or similar
- Experience realizing company goals and explaining so through databases and spreadsheets
- Passion for horticulture and medical CBD/Cannabis products
