Sales Representative/Customer Service

Cali Xpress is looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will have constant communications with our most important asset – customers. We are offering a truly unique experience working in an industry that has yet to be fully defined. You will join us as we pave the way for a brand new industry, offering a product that is just making its way into mass adoption. You’ll take part in evolving our practices and suggesting creative solutions as needed. We are growing at an unprecedented rate and need the right sales minded, customer centric team to support and catapult our business to new levels. Our potential is literally limitless - with both a medical and recreational licenses, our team can sell to all!

Needs

You will need to learn a great deal about the strains that we offer and the varying attributes of each strain to better educate our customers. We want to be sure the customer has the best possible experience every time. From calling in to place an order, or ask questions - we want to be sure we get them the strain that best matches and delights them.

Because of our positive reputation for customer service, you will work with customers who look forward to speaking with you and actively seeks your advice in improving their experience.

You will be expected to have good sales acumen and the ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised and persuasive manner. The ideal candidate will be detailed and hardworking while continuously looking for ways to improve.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a large, pre-existing customer base.
• Understand each customer’s needs to provide suggestions.
• Take orders over the phone while navigating the sale process, to ensure we are always surpassing our daily minimum order threshold.
• Engaging in call backs and marketing communications to surge orders at any point in the day depending on specials and volume already transacted.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• Individuals that thrive in new industries, with exciting future potentials.
• Detail oriented and hardworking individuals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

Salary: $17.50 to $20.00 /hour
