Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Have a valid Key or Support MED Badge (Key Badge preferred)
Available to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays
Be a highly motivated individual with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Achieve daily Sales Goals
Provide accurate inventory reporting and inventory management
Possess a high level of cannabis industry and market knowledge
Knowledgeable of cannabis strains and products
Answer customer questions regarding cannabis products and laws
Provide professional and quality customer service
Excellent people and organizational skills
Handle money accurately during transactions
Fully understand compliance with all safety, security and MED compliance policies.
Ability to adapt to ever-changing rules and policies
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or stress
Check and verify photo IDs
Represent the Company image as directed at all times
Take pride in the store by ensuring cleanliness, organization & attractiveness of the store's interior and exterior and a personal professional appearance
Perform all tasks as directed by managers
Willingness to solve problems and take on new challenges daily
