SALES POSITION NEEDS:

We are expanding our team and looking for experienced sales people in the cannabis sector. Ideal candidate has established dispensary relationships & clientele and a strong self-driven work ethic. These representatives are to assume responsibility for extending our network and overall reach within the California recreational cannabis market. Candidates should be self-starters and possess strong expertise in sales and cannabis knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish new customers
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and fulfill reorders
• Provide ongoing education and demos for existing customers
• Help with events and promotions, acting as brand ambassador for Fleur D’Elite and all the products featured on their distribution menu
• Coordinate with sales manager to develop sales goals and plan deliveries and sample replenishment
• Provide on going feedback of products from customers to sales manager
• Maintain social media accounts specific to happenings in your territory regarding Fleur D’Elite and its subsidiaries
• Assist with Special Events taking place in sales person’s territory (I.e. Chalice, Cannabis Cups, etc.)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older, with valid CA drivers license and reliable transportation
• A passion for the cannabis plant and a strong understanding of the products developed with it (i.e. cured flower, concentrates, tinctures, edibles, lotions, etc.)
• Previous sales experience (In Cannabis sector preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional initiative and resourcefulness
• Strong computer skills
• Social Media presence is a plus but not required
• Professional or Educational References
• High School Diploma or equivalent

PAY RATE: Commission Based
