Position

Sales Representative - Gesundheit Foods/Planted Sales Co.

Reports To

Sales Reps. will report to the Sales Manager overseeing the Sales, Customer Service and Distribution departments.

Job Overview

The Sales Representative will be tasked with opening and managing OLCC recreational dispensary accounts. Sales Reps are expected to call, email, visit and schedule meetings with dispensaries daily. Representatives will oversee, roughly, 100 storefronts. Sales goals, strategies and guidelines will be provided on a regular basis.

Responsibilities and Duties·

Promote and sell products from a vast portfolio of brands. Call, email, visit and set up meetings with retailers. Communicate regularly with Sales Manager progress, numbers, and concerns. Partake in daily sales meetings garner a deep understanding of product branding and selling points (general product info). Represent brands at events and storefronts. Meet sales goals and follow group strategies.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred
• Experience inside of the Cannabis Industry is required
• Autonomous, Highly self-motivated

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred, however no educational experience required.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit will be required. Permitting cost to be covered by employer.
