Cannabis Sales Representative

Compensation: Commission Based ($21k - $50k a year)
Job Summary
Looking for a warm, outgoing, fun, hardworking person with a passion for Cannabis to join our fast-growing start-up. The Sales Representative primary responsibility is to acquire client subscriptions in order to meet sales goals. Additional responsibilities include outbound calling, assisting with customer service, helping prospective members with concerns regarding theirsubscription, and working with our development team.

Narcle is a fast-growing customer relationship management system for the cannabis industry, helping dispensaries grow their business and build relationships with their customers. We serve the community by connecting patients with local collectives across the country. Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21
- Associates Degree (minimum)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving Record
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills) required
- Demonstrated self-starter capable of problem solving and negotiating with customers.
- This is a ground floor opportunity and the ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales, customer service, outbound calling etc. (at least 1 year)
- Positive attitude about technology
- Ability to work both cooperatively and independently
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
- Strong cannabis product knowledge required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers through a full-cycle sales process
- Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale
- Outbound calling to potential customers every day
- Communicate with managers at dispensaries
- Open new accounts
- Maintain new account quotas and sales quota
- Communicate with our development team to create content and promote sales
- Report sales in an orderly manner
- Strong overall computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
