Sales Representative

MedPharm is a phytopharmaceutical and intellectual property holding company that has been created to develop innovative cannabis products, using accepted pharmaceutical formulation techniques, to reliably produce identifiable and replicable dosage forms for human use.
We aim to provide cannabis pharmaceutical-type products using current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) that would include pre-formulation, formulation development, small scale commercial manufacturing, analytical method development and validation, routine quality control analysis, and stability studies. We create pharmaceutical dosage forms and produce ingredients utilizing pharmaceutical technology to be used in the delivery of cannabis extracts. The goal is to provide a reliable clinical effect through the use of well-crafted and well-researched oil analytics and dosage forms.
We are looking for a go-getter, hungry sales professionals that are ready to work hard, and take our company to the next level. Cannabis experience is preferred, but not necessarily required. Understanding and dominating a sales cycle, how to work a territory and sales funnel however, is required. Our salary + commission structure is extremely lucrative for successful sales professionals.
Job Duties

• Aggressively prospect, and close accounts within your territory
• Maintain and provide growth to your closed/current accounts
• Train and motivate your accounts on our products
• meet monthly revenue targets
• Be responsible for all marketing/pop up materials for our accounts
• actively maintain our CRM
• constant communication with over 300+ closed/potential accounts

Requirements

• previous outside sales experience (Cannabis specific is preferred)
• positive attitude
• understand the balance of in office/in field sales

Salary: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
