JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Commissioned Oakland Sales Representative you are expected to perform various tasks, duties, and responsibilities. We are seeking a experienced Sales Representative who is highly detailed orientated. Are you passionate about making your customer experience the very best, and do you have the ability to articulate the value and return on investment to multiple decision makers? Do you want help bring us to the next level? This could be the role for you. But are you up for the challenge?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve sales goals for each monthly/quarter;
  • Review sales report metrics;
  • Provide product feedback to executive team (as needed);
  • Communicate, identify and execute sales strategies;
  • Keep up to date on any policy changes;
  • Successfully introduce current & new products;
  • Ensure demos are used to increase sales in each account;
  • Develop sales training resources as needed;
  • Communicate or resolve any account disputes;
  • Ability to adapt creative solutions;
  • Experience with conducting sales presentations;
  • Possession of good networking capabilities;
  • Ability to travel, as necessary;
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years’ sales B2B experience;
  • Vape & cannabis experience a plus;
  • Competence, has hit quotas on a regular basis;
  • Accountability;
  • Flexibility;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Prioritization;
  • Time management.
