Pure Cure is a Medicinal CBD sales company dedicated to providing our patients with the purest and healthiest medication possible while simultaneously giving back to our communities and the planet. We source only CBD derived from American grown hemp for our state of the art extractions. We’re looking to achieve ambitious growth in our sales and we need proactive, passionate sales people that can fully embrace both our product and our ethos.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated, outgoing people with a passion for the Cannabis industry. The sales rep will be responsible for driving direct sales, conducting demos, Budtender training and trade show events. The sales rep will have unlimited opportunity for professional growth and expanded responsibilities.

Are you a good fit?

We’re looking for people in the Greater Boston Area. Have a positive, magnetic, customer-first personality. Be energetic, a self-starter, and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously to maximize sales and marketing efforts. We’re looking for people with a proven sales track record. It would be advantageous (but not necessary) if you already have personal relationships with physical therapy clinics, health/vitamin stores, cannabis dispensaries, delivery services, and other distribution chains in your area. It would also help if you have some understanding of the Cannabis market and of cannabis extracts / products.

What skills should you have?

Have the ability to present products and promote their benefits in person. Have a strong interest in contributing to the growth of an entrepreneurial business. Ability to build rapport and gather information via face to face interactions and over the phone. Be professional, punctual, organized and respectful. Understand basic data management and use of a CRM. Have ability to work remotely and on the road. Work with the company to ensure you meet sales targets. Maintain a healthy dialogue with the company by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, marketing materials etc. Providing historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Must have: Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and a reliable personal vehicle.

Professionally preferred: Have a demonstrated record of success in outbound sales in a business to business environment.
