Job Summary


Kush Bottles is looking for a Sales Operations Manager focused on the sales growth efforts of the company. The goal is to achieve a superior customer experience and strategically implementing improvements and streamlining all aspects of the sales process. Sales Operations Managers should have a solid understanding of all department processes and the proper flow of those processes to optimize time management and reducing the possibilities for errors. This role is responsible for day to day business activities, validating and managing high volumes of data and account related transactions for current and prospective customers.

Examples of Essential Functions:


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for order processing and accuracy of orders processed at location
  • Will call orders and maintenance of customer account transactions
  • Manage all location needs/purchases and reconciling
  • Create, edit and implement standard operating procedures
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and proactively acting on the information
  • Reply to customer service requests and inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage and coordinate actions
  • Be comfortable with data and be able to extract business insights from reports independently
  • Identify issues and create problem solving solutions
  • Brainstorm new and creative strategies to streamline processes
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment; adapting to constantly changing conditions
  • An eagerness to learn, be a team player and willingness to be proactive with little oversight


Qualifications Guidelines


Education/training/experience:


  • 2+ years' Industry experience
  • Previous roles within Operations or Accounting
  • BS/MS degree in Business or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and detail oriented

Knowledge of:

  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Knowledge of vaporizer and/or packaging related products
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • CRM experience (Oracle or Salesforce preferred)

Physical Standards:


  • This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and operating a computer workstation
  • Able to participate in the environments standing, moving onsite at events and tradeshows
  • This position requires frequently sitting, standing, reaching, walking, and handling/grasping of materials.
  • This position may rarely require kneeling, bending, squatting.
  • Must have finger dexterity, ability to use keyboard/ten key.
  • Reach, stoop and lift office files, records or reports, typically weighing 20 pounds or less.
  • Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds
