Green Therapeutics is looking for a Sales Marketing Manager responsible developing and managing sales and marketing strategies for all of our products and services. You will be working with a seasoned startup team for a mission driven company on quality focused product brands.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for GT Products and Services
- Prospecting, closing, and nurturing existing accounts
- Create SOP for marketing and sales
- Drive revenue and market share meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects or existing accounts on GT products will best fit their needs
- Communicate our brands’ stories in a passionate and compelling way, educating budtenders on what makes our brands’ products special
- Manage dispensary buyer relationships by continuing to increase account satisfaction
- Lead and manage pop ups and budtender new product education events
- Create and manage sales incentive plans for budtenders
- Develop consumer focused promo activity to drive more customers to dispensary accounts and build brand awareness
- Develop new sales material and refine messaging
- Coordinate production schedule with cultivation and production with market demand
- Determine, Gather, analyze key metrics and performance indicators, insights, and trends
- Identify, implement, and maintain sales CRM
- Create weekly sales report
- Create, develop and manage website content
- Lead social media presence with posting, messaging, and active engagement across all platforms to develop brand awareness
- Plan, write, and edit press releases and marketing content
- Create sales training program
- Communicate issues with products with production and cultivation
- Develop and manage brand ambassador program
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience leading or managing a sales and marketing team
- Experience developing brands and launching brands
- Knowledge or experience in cannabis industry a big plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, aggressive, startup environment
- Attention to detail; ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to change
- Proficient skills using Google Drive, CRM software (HubSpot), PM (Wrike, Asana) etc.
- Exemplary copywriting skills and creative writing ability is a plus
- Must have a valid Nevada DL, a reliable vehicle, insurance, clean driving /criminal record.
