Sales Manager

SUMMARY

We are hiring a full time Sales Manager to will lead our sales team. We need an experienced person who knows how to lead a team and create strong relationships within our organization and with customers.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a desire to take initiative and grow with our growing company. This person needs to be good at relating to people, have a positive attitude, attention to detail and a love of the cannabis industry.

This position will require a fair amount of travel throughout the state of Washington.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage team ensuring effective scheduling and follow ups
• Analyzing sales data and metrics, planning how to meet goals
• Create and execute weekly schedule
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and new customers
• Track contacts and connections through implemented CRM software
• Travel to customers for in-person meetings and sample drops
• Coordinate modifications to orders based on inventory levels and floor feedback

Proven leadership skills

Reliable time management skills and ability to adjust shifting priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation and reasoning abilities

Investment in the company and desire to provide positive customer service

REQUIRED SKILLS

Management and sales experience required

Business or sales related degree preferred

Computer experience and skills are required, familiarity with CRM software preferred

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Cannabis industry experience preferred

DOE plus bonuses
