Primary responsibilities: for this role is training sales reps out in the field. Keeping a good repour with his/her staff to maintain the stability of a great team. Implementation of salesforce.com; Daily management of sales team and their schedules; Owns the sales strategy including the use of sales people, brand ambassadors, sales team incentive program. Is rewarded on (a) number of accounts they serve per month, (b) total sales volume, and (c) % growth of each account month over month.
Our sales Manager is to help develop sales with an emerging brand producing high quality cannabis., and Cannabis products. Day-to-day responsibilities include calling, visiting new dispensaries to establish relationships with owners, managers, intake managers, and other staff to secure sales and product placement in new stores. Along with developing new accounts, all the company’s current accounts will need to be maintained through regular communication and visits to those stores in an effort further build upon those relationships leading to consistent and increasing reorders. Besides this type of interaction, there will also be vendor events, conferences, and other networking opportunities that attendance will also be required by the Sales Manager and other team members.
