Sales Manager role requires strong sales skills and experience. Must be friendly, personable, a team player and have the ability to learn quickly. Sales will be in the new emerging industry of legal cannabis Oregon, so although some cannabis sales, experience, or general knowledge is a plus, it is not a requirement.
Primary responsibilities for this role is to help develop sales with an emerging brand producing high quality cannabis oils. Day-to-day responsibilities include calling, visiting new dispensaries to establish relationships with owners, managers, intake managers, and other staff in order to secure sales and product placement in new stores. Along with developing new accounts, all of the companies current accounts will need to be maintained through regular communication and visits to those stores in an effort further build upon those relationships leading to consistent and increasing reorders. Besides this type of interaction, there will also be vendor events, conferences, and other networking opportunities that attendance will also be required by the Sales Manager and other team members.
Applicants must be 21 or older and must already have obtained or have the ability to obtain an OLCC worker permit within 30 days.
