DomPen Sacramento Sales Rep/Account Manager Job Description
Fast-growing Los Angeles-based cannabis vape pen company seeking sales rep/account
manager to interface between the brand and Northern California cannabis dispensaries. Your
role is to grow existing accounts and establish new relationships through outside sales
expansions. Your territory will include Sacramento County, Sonoma County, Napa County,
Solano County, San Joaquin County, and Stanislaus County. We are looking for a self-starter
with an entrepreneurial mentality. In many ways, you will be your own boss. You will manage a
team of brand ambassadors and play a pivotal role in growing the company.
Requirements
- Interest in the cannabis industry
- Outstanding communication skills: written and verbal
- Some experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Working knowledge of Google Drive extensions and Microsoft office suite
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new accounts based on internal and external leads
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Oversee customer account management, including order intake, in-store event management,
and distribution logistics
- Ensure timely and successful deliveries according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to Chief Sales Officer
(Bonus):
- CRM Experience: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive
- Accounting Experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite
- Experience writing copy for consumer goods
- Sales Forecasting Experience
- Quickbooks savvy
