Sales Leader - Microbiology Testing Lab

Founded in 2014, PathogenDx Inc developed, validated and sold the only microbial testing product that detects human pathogens to the one colony forming unit (CFU) standard AND determines CFUs for Total Yeast and Mold, Total Aerobic Bacteria and 44 other microbials simultaneously, in under six hours. PathogenDx Inc is located in Tucson and Scottsdale Arizona with customers throughout the United States. Currently, PathogenDx Inc sells kits to the Cannabis testing market and will eventually move into food, agriculture and water.

Summary

Reporting to VP of Sales

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Sell PathogenDx equipment and products into the Cannabis Lab and Grower System in order to meet assigned sales goals
• Utilize and update CRM tool
• Become account manager for those Labs.
• Be the voice of the customer to PathogenDx
• Plan, set up and execute Conference Booth
• Perform only those tasks requested by employer

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No Supervisory responsibilities

Measurement of Performance

• The CEO will establish performance metrics for the new hire within the first thirty (30) days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelors in bio engineering, chemistry, genetics, micro or molecular biology
• Must have operated inside a CLIA or other testing lab
• Must be able to travel 75% of time, including international
• Must have three + years customer service experience, either sales or account management, preferably in lab equipment sales
• Must have public speaking and MS Office, specifically power point, expertise
• Desired: Two + years sales experience to Cannabis Labs and Growers within the United States
• Desired: Fluent in Spanish
