Responsibilities
- Managing active retail accounts and providing after-sales support for each customer
- Actively researching and developing methods to gain new accounts (distributors, wholesalers, retailers and facilities)
- Strategizing original and innovative solutions to target potential clients across the industry
- Staying up to date with industry trends through market research and relationships with key players within the industry
- Attending trade shows to accelerate growth and gain access to new territories
- Aggressively prospecting and generating new relationships within the industry
- Identifying pain-points for clients and finding innovative solutions to their problems
- Reports directly to the Company Directors
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the cannabis industry
- Knowledgeable and understanding of the cannabis industry
- Competitive, self-motived and strong desire to succeed
