Commencement Bay is an upscale I-502 Licensed Retail Store in Fife, WA that provides safe and friendly access to recreational marijuana. Our goal is to provide customers with the highest quality product, with a knowledgeable and personable team to assist with each individual need.
We’re presently recruiting for a Sales Floor Supervisor who will:
Assist the Store Manager with daily operations of the Sales Floor, to ensure that they are carried out according to the procedures and standards that are required by the applicable Tribal and State laws. This includes ensuring proper customer service, merchandise restocking and coordination with inventory control and cleanliness of the retail space. Leads the sales team (Sales Floor Leads and Budtenders) to meet and exceed expectations, includes participating in the hiring and performance management of staff.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL: Be at least 21 years of age and HAVE:
A High School diploma or G.E.D
4 years of retail or customer service experience
2 years of retail management
1 year of Cannabis Retail experience
Demonstrated passion to serve cannabis customers and community
Knowledge of cannabis and its various uses
Knowledge of applicable regulations and ability to familiarize oneself with applicable Tribal Ordinances/Regulations
Skilled in Point of Sale systems and cash management
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with staff, customers and vendors
Ability to work a FLEXIBLE work schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Proven ability to manage teams effectively
Outstanding customer relations skills
Excellent business communication skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills in Excel and Outlook
