Mac & Fulton Talent Partners are currently looking for a Sales Executive for an established cannabis extract company operating in the SF Bay area. The Sales Executive will identify new customers and manage accounts at cannabis dispensaries and wholesalers throughout California.
Responsibilities
- Identify with customers and provide superior service according to their needs
- Learn about cannabis dispensaries and their seasonal sales trends
- Manage sales/service software
- Consistently meet/exceed company sales goals
- Utilize a variety of methods to close sales as directed by senior management
- Represent their company with knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism
- Report sales progress on a weekly basis according to company standards
- Deliver cannabis products when needed
- Submit all documents (reimbursements, sales orders, work orders) in a timely and organized fashion
Skills
- Extremely motivated/driven by the sales process
- Masterful relationship management competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Intimate understanding of the sales cycle
- MS Office
- Knowledge about sales software and pipeline management
Requirements
- BS Degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in the cannabis industry with dispensary sales
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
