We are looking for someone to join our sales team in the Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks) headquarters. You will be working closely with the CEO and executive team.The perfect match will be friendly, driven, and have a proven track record of success in MSP sales. If this is you, we want you!
Duties of Sales Agent:
- Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
- Contacting potential customers via telephones and emails
- Working to revenue targets as set by the sales manager.
- Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into product requirements that satisfy their demands.
- Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
- Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
- Demonstrated level of success in the development of client relationships.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
- Take participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote.
- Find out prospective customers/clients and new targets segments and generate sales in that area.
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years proven track record of sales success.
- Technology sales experience required, MSP experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High energy and drive with good negotiation skills.
- Proficient with general office applications.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Skill in preparing written communications and materials.
- Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
- Flexible, self motivated with the ability to work.
