Full Time Sales Consultant
Looking for qualified cannabis consultants who provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and can make customers feel welcome in our store. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Job Qualifications:
- Should have some cannabis knowledge
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to follow directions
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services\
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Identify patient and costumer needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend solutions.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
