Job Description:

    The Position:

    The Sales Associate/Budtender is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to patients at all times; they must be friendly and professional during all interactions with patients; consult with the patient to help select the proper medicine that best suits their needs; wiping and cleaning of all countertops, floors, shelves and displays, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our patients; perform all other responsibilities as directed or as assigned by management.


    Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Requires knowledge of a variety of cannabis strains including attributes, genetic crosses, terpene profiles and other strain info
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact with patients and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
  • Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, as well as converse comfortably with patients
  • Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register
  • Requires the ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
  • Must be open to working nights and weekends
  • Must clear a criminal background screen
  • Prior experience in the cannabis industry is desired, but not required

    • Compensation:

    The starting hourly wage for this position is $15/hour with potential for a raise after 90 days of employment. Full-time employees also become eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits after 30 days of employment.
