New NE Portland Cannabis Dispensary Seeking Sales Associates!
We are seeking motivated, outgoing and passionate individuals who enjoy working with their local community and who want to be apart of a great team of cannabis enthusiasts.
You must meet the following requirements:
- Customer Service experience
- Must be 21+ with no criminal record
- Excellent Communication Skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and management.
- Valid OLCC worker permit, or proof of test completion and submission to OLCC
- Retail experience, POS experience, cash handling
- Flexible schedule; immediate and open availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Ability to take direction from management and execute accordingly
- Open minded, team player!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Interacting with clients in a retail environment.
- Data Entry: input of medical data, scanning, sorting, filing.
- Sales
- Being able to recommend and assist clients in purchases.
- Executing daily store initiatives.
- Ability to use technology and help customers at the same time.
- Manage high traffic retail atmosphere.
- Knowledge of Metrc is a plus
Our ideal candidate has over 6 months retail experience in a dispensary and exudes positivity and enthusiasm!
