We’re currently seeking a sales & customer service coordinator who is a strong team player and has an affinity for detail/organization. Our ideal candidate wants to provide a warm, professional support for our delivery team and retail clients. Experience with sales/retail administrative support in a digital environment will be a key qualification for this role. The coordinator will be the main point of contact in the Portland office for the Head of Sales.

Responsibilities include -

  • Intake and process orders that arrive via email, phone and via representatives in the field
  • Work closely with with the warehouse and distribution teams to ensure seamless order processing
  • Generate invoices and submit to retailers
  • Handle all account set-up for new retail clients
  • Manage and update customer relationship management software
  • Provide real-time support and information to drivers and brand ambassadors as needed
  • Manage all communication/email blasts to retailers
  • Answer all incoming calls and problem solve any sales or delivery questions
  • Provide proactive communication with retailers to drive sales & build relationships
  • Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate vendor days & budtender training sessions with retailers

Qualifications -

  • 1+ year providing administrative support to sales or retail team
  • 1+ year experience taking calls and problem-solving for clients and general customer service
  • Knowledge of cannabis industry a plus; desire to be a strong cannabis advocate a must
  • Comfortable learning new software and otherwise tech-savvy
  • Personable, engaging and authentic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to follow instructions and be coachable in all areas
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Must be 21+ and have valid OLCC permit
