Title: Sales & Customer Service
Description:
The position entails selling digital menus to the cannabis industry, location enrollment for an in-store digital network, customer service for clients when issues arise, as well as working with clients through our Partnership Development Program to educate them on the benefits and best practices of the network.
Specific Duties Include:
- Focus on generating sales growth to new and existing customers.
- Identify new key customers by understanding needs and developing a plan for growth.
- Coordinate smooth transactions between customers and inside support team.
- Sales support, including trade show participation.
- Present a professional image to our customers in all interactions.
- Utilize a CRM system.
- Build product and market knowledge to demonstrate understanding and credibility.
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales experience
- Independent go-getter
- Excellent communication/follow-up skills.
- Highly effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision makers.
- Demonstrated knowledge or a strong passion for the industry.
- Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must be proficient using computers and smartphones.
