Cannabis Compliance Group is a cannabis compliance consulting business based in the Los Angeles area. We help businesses in the cannabis industry become compliant with the new regulations and get their licenses. We also have several other services that help build their business such as marketing services.
Duties of Sales Agent: **
- Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
- Contacting potential customers via telephones and emails
- Develop and maintain relationships with shop managers and sales associates.
- Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on what products will best fit their need
- Visit dispensaries on a daily basis
- Update the CRM system after each visit
- Send daily reports
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years Sales experience
- Basic knowledge of email and MS office (Word, Excel).
- Highly organized and have strong attention to detail.

- Must have valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to take direction well and contribute insights and knowledge gained in the field.
- Personable and comfortable with speaking to strangers.
- Energetic and excited about cannabis.
- Must be driven and able to complete work without supervision
- Existing relationships with owners and managers in the cannabis business is preferred.
