Sales

Looking for a focused and driven individual to join the sales team at Craft Concentrates. Either cannabis industry or proven successful sales experience are required. A college degree is preferred. We are looking for someone who can keep up in a fast-paced, constantly changing industry. Passion for cannabis and its benifits is a must. You must be active, engaged, energetic, empathetic, and an A+ communicator.

Job description may include but is not limited to:

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow ups and outbound cold calls and emails. We are primarily an outbound phone sales based organization.
- Strong follow up and customer service skills.
- Understanding consumer needs and requirements.
- Close sales and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas.
- Maintain and expand our current customer base.
- Assisting with budtender training/education and promotional events.
- Having an outside presence amongst our customers.

Requirements:

• Proven successful sales experience or cannabis industry experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Fast learner with determination, drive, and outstanding charisma.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence and experience.
• Consistent punctuality.
