Mood is a dispensary in Eugene seeking part-time employee with the right qualifications to fill bud-tending positions.
This position requires an eye for detail, and the ability to abide by all OLCC and store policies, procedures and regulations.
Prior experience in this industry is not required, but retail experience is preferred. The desire to expand your knowledge of Cannabis and keep up to date with new information regarding the industry as a whole is essential.
This position requires an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. Please do not apply until you have completed the application process and can provide a physical copy of your permit.
Qualifications:
21 +
OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
Ability to follow strict laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
Detail-oriented, punctual, honest. Reliable transportation.
Cash handling experience - Accurately completing monetary transactions throughout the day and keeping the till correctly balanced.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and understand constructive feedback regarding work performance.
General knowledge base of Cannabis as a whole, and the desire to expand this knowledge and keep up with new information regarding cannabinoids, terpenes, technology for different consumption methods, different product types and how to use them.
