Lau Ola, LLC is one of Hawaii's eight medical cannabis licensees located on Big Island. We are seeking qualified, dependable, honest and motivated individuals to join our team to support operation at our retail locations: Hilo, Kona, Kamuela.

The Retail Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-daprocesses in accordance with the state regulations and standar operating procedurees. Responsibilities include inventory management, reconciling daily sales transaction, employee training and performance managemenet. The Dispensary Manager will oversee and manage a ddispensary staff of up to 8 employees and will be responsible for ensuring a quality patient experience by nurturing a highly professional, customer service oriented, paritent centric dispensary environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or over (Hawaii State law)
• Valid Hawaii State Driver's License
• Positive references
• Some travel may be required
• Must pass criminal background check, including fingerprinting as required by Hawaii State

Qualifications:

• 3 years managing a retail operation, dispensary management or other cannabis retail experience desired
• Knowledge of computer and office equipment and programs (inventory systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize
• Ability to focus; attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as team member, and manage the tjraing and daily operations of a retail team
• Ability to remain calm inn periods of high stress or unusual activiity
