What we're looking for:
We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager who is passionate about the Cannabis industry and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a company that’s developing innovative products in a new and booming industry.

Reporting Relationship: Vice President of Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the key shoppers for each brand and build marketing programs that target them to drive action at retail.
  • Develop a promotional calendar and create retail programming, including consumer sweepstakes, cross promotions, and in-store communications.
  • Create a suite of retail marketing tools and point-of-sale materials for each brand in our portfolio, working closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, design team, and vendors
  • Work closely with sales to align with account needs develop key-account specific retail initiatives that drive volume.
  • Create a process to review promotion and tool effectiveness to support the culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring the following experience:

  • Project management expertise
  • Experience managing POS development through creative conceptualization, production, and install
  • A proven track record of creating and managing in-store integrated promotions
  • Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams
  • CPG, alcohol/drinks, or cannabis industry experience is a plus
  • Experience working with a creative agency is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Drive suite

Compensation: Depending on Experience
